I have successfully been on Weight Watchers for 3 weeks and have lost 5 lbs. I am feeling better and have more energy. I am also working out 5-6 days a week on my treadmill for 30-40 minutes. Last week the flu overtook our household, but I am back and ready to take on a healthier life.
